The annual Iranian group theory conference will be held at University of Kharazmi (Tehran) on Jan. 24-26, 2018
This is the 10th of a series of conferences organized regularly every year by the collaboration of Iranian group theory society. The conference committee cordially invites researchers in the area of group theory to take part in this conference.
The registration will be open on September 2017 and detailed information about the venue, accommodation, fees and … will be published then in the present web address. Iranian group theory conference has started since 2005 with the aim of improving scientific relationships between researchers and students who are interested in group theory. It also aims to exchanging ideas in various areas of group theory. We are pleased to invite you to participate in this conference and share your recent researches with other members of the scientific community. Presentations are delivered in English or Farsi.

• 2- Theory of finite groups and their representations
• 3- Theory of infinite groups
• 4- Algorithmic problems in group theory and formal languages
• 5- Algebraic geometry over groups
• 6- Lie algebras and Lie ring methods
• 7- Model theory of groups
• 8- Generalizations of groups
• 9- Applications in other branches of science and technology (Crystallographic groups, Group based cryptography, Quantum groups, Quantum computations)
